Cancellation/Broken Appointment Policy
EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 2023

 We know your time is valuable and we respect that.  In fact, we schedule all of our patients with this in mind.  Our daily goal is to seat all of our patients on time.  In an effort to provide timely service to our patients we never over-book our schedule like many other health care facilities do.  This makes our time very valuable to us as well. Therefore, in order to avoid broken appointments and late patient arrivals, the following policy has been adopted:

  1. We respectfully ask that our patients give us at least 24-hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduled appointments.
  2. A broken appointment will result in a $50.00 broken appointment fee and must be paid prior to your next appointment.
  3. If a patient has any combination of two (2) broken appointments or cancellations without 24-hour notice within six (6) months, that patient will be dismissed as a patient from the practice.

A broken appointment is defined as: Failure to arrive at your scheduled appointment time.
